REFUND POLICY

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days, there are exceptions to this policy; our refund system works as follows:

-From the day you receive your item you will have 7 days to contact us via sales@lowkey.supply (or the contact us page through http://lowkey.supply) to initiate the returns procedure. This will be cross referenced through our postal tracking. - You will then have 7 days to post the item back to us from the day you contact us regarding the return. Items being returned will require first class/second class recorded delivery (at least) to ensure that items aren't lost in transit. If items are lost in transit please contact your courier/delivery company to claim the cost of the item back from them as we are unable to refund for lost items. - If the 7 day cash refund time has lapsed, you will still eligible for an exchange or store credit up to the price of your item as long as it's within 30 days of your purchase. You will still need to contact us through sales@lowkey.supply (or the contact us page through http://lowkey.supply) to initiate the returns procedure.

Please note that cash refunds can only be given if you contact us within the 7 days of receiving your item, any contact after this time will only be eligible for an exchange or store credit up to the items value.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, if you don't have the original packaging please contact us through sales@lowkey.supply before returning - we're human!

Additional non-returnable items:

- Accessories.
- Underwear.
- Sale items.
- Items listed HAND MADE are only eligible for exchanges ONLY (please contact us before purchasing if you're unsure about whether or not an item is hand made.)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit card, credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your debit or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@lowkey.supply.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are the wrong size, defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@lowkey.supply

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

Please email us via sales@lowkey.supply You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item (lost items cannot be exchanged or refunded as previously stated.)

Premium Shipping

If you paid for premium shipping such as 'Next Day' we will refund 50% of the price of postage as a gesture of good will, please note this only applies for premium shipping options only. Standard shipping is exempt from this gesture.
